Due to the downturn in the real estate market our house had been on the market for almost one year before we hired Garnish to do the staging. They were able to help us present the house in a way to make it more attractive to buyers and separate our house from the others on the market. We had some unique spaces in the house that were turned into positive selling points by staging. 
We were successful in selling the house just a couple of months after Garnish provided the staging.
The results of the staging were well worth the expense. Our only regret is that we did not hire Garnish sooner. We found their work to be of high quality and the cost was extremely competitive. We would definitely consider using Garnish again if we are selling another home.
