I chose Garnish Home Staging after Terry Skjersaa interviewed Garnish and one other staging company. Garnish was a much better fit for us. Jacquie worked with what we had in our old Tudor. The other company wanted us to change out our vintage light fixtures (not to mention paint some walls)! Jacquie was very easy to work with. She had all of the ideas and took care of all the details. Before this experience I never even knew staging existed. I am glad we chose Garnish Home Staging and Design. Jacquie even worked to acquire items from outside her normal inventory. I liked how Jacquie went out of her way to get a foosball table for our basement. If I understand correctly, this was "rented" from a friend of a friend. Nice work putting that together!
The bottom line is we sold our house in less than 2 months in a tough market. Staging certainly had an impact on that. I wish I would have known about staging sooner, I would have used it for our previous listing. I would not hesitate to have Jacquie & Garnish stage another home of mine and would recommend Jacquie & Garnish to a friend.
